Cynthia spent 14 years teaching at Bastyr University, a leading institution of integrative medicine. Cynthia effectively blends both traditional and integrative medicine approaches to help clients achieve optimal well-being.

As a skilled lifestyle medicine practitioner, Cynthia uses evidence-based theories and approaches to break down large lifestyle changes into manageable steps. With both a PhD and ten years' experience as a nutrition researcher, Cynthia can evaluate the latest research and effectively apply it to patient care. She helps clients navigate the headlines, ensuring they know what is worth paying attention to and what can be disregarded.
