Cynthia has worked in the field of health promotion, disease prevention, and disease treatment for over 30 years. Her extensive work history includes patient care, community education, research, and academic instruction. 


Cynthia is excited to leverage her wealth of knowledge and experience to help you address your unique health problems and concerns. As a board certified lifestyle medicine practitioner, she will help you achieve optimal health through nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, and other lifestyle behaviors.
